AGA to Acquire Hershey Communications

AGA Catalog and Marketing and Design, New York, has reached an agreement to acquire Hershey Communications of New York. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Hershey, a full-service catalog design agency, will bring all its clients to AGA. Ed Hershey, president of the agency, will join AGA as will a number of current Hershey employees, who will work out of AGA's offices. The transition is expected to be completed in March.
