American Eagle Chooses NewRoads for Fulfillment Services

American Eagle Outfitters, Warrendale, PA, has signed a multi-year contract with NewRoads Inc., a fulfillment, customer care and supply chain management firm.

Under the terms of the agreement, NewsRoads will manage all aspects of order fulfillment for AE Direct, American Eagle's direct-to-consumer arm, including its Web site and catalog operations.

NewRoads will provide AE Direct with customer care services, including telephone and online support; order processing; order fulfillment; product warehousing and returns processing services.

NewRoads is based in Greenwich, CT.
