AdLink Internet Media AG, a German online marketing firm, has acquired CibleClick Performances S.A., Paris, for 3.6 million euros ($4.6 million).

Founders Frédéric Valette and Olivier Mouillet are leaving the company. CibleClick will now be led by Vincent Pelillo, who reportedly built up the America Online subsidiary Advertising.com in France, Spain and Ita
