Romanian Company To Hire 200 Tele-Reps

XL World, a Romanian outsourcing company, plans to hire 200 English-speaking call center employees by November.

This initiative is a result of increasing demand from UK and US companies, according to XL.

The company currently employs 700 people who deliver multi-lingual call center and other business services from four sites in Romania. Currently only 20% of the team is dedicated to projects in English.
