Travel industry services firm Sabre Holdings has acquired E-site Marketing, an online business offerings firm that serves the hospitality market. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Felix Laboy, co-founder and president of E-site Marketing, will join Sabre and retain his position. His company expects to retail all of its employees, and maintain its Bethesda, MD headquarters.

The combined companies will offer a variety of services for hoteliers, including search engine expertise; Web site hosting and development; content management; a booking engine; statistical reporting and tracking tools; and revenue management.
