John Zell Joins Razorfish As VP of CRM Tech Solutions

Razorfish, a digital agency, has hired John Zell to serve as its VP of customer relationship technology solutions. He will work from the company’s San Francisco office.

Zell joined Razorfish February 1.

In his new position, Zell will promote the company’s CRM practices to its client base. Zell joins Razorfish from Protocol Inc., where he was senior VP and chief technology officer of Integrated Marketing Services.

Prior to Protocol, he was senior VP of marketing services at Harte-Hanks, where he built enterprise data solutions and business intelligence for that company’s clients.
