Humana to Open Tempe Call Center

Humana will an 81,789-square-foot call center on April 21 in Tempe, AZ, according to the Phoenix Business Journal.

The facility will eventually employ 450 people. It will handle Humana’s RightSource mail prescription drug service, which fulfills almost 6 million prescriptions per year, the Journal reported.

Humana recently opened a 62,946-square-foot call center in a leased facility in Phoenix. It employs 330 people, according to the Journal.
