The Wisconsin Cheeseman catalog has been sold by the Cremer family to an eight-member group of investors led by a Milwaukee native with 26 years of experience in the food industry, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.

Terms were not disclosed.

Gary Ricco who calls himself "a cheesehead through and through," said he has no plans to move the company out of Sun Prairie, WI.

He wants to increase sales by attracting younger customers, expanding the company's Web presence and by adding other products that could include clothing and home furnishings.
