V12 Group Acquires Teramedia
V12 Group has acquired Teramedia, a list brokerage and management company, for an undisclosed sum.
V12 said that Teramedia CEO Steve Hardigree would remain with the firm and "will continue to be a driving force in the evolution of the company."
