Trone Names Kevin Murphy Head of Strategy and Analytics
Marketing agency Trone has named Kevin Murphy managing partner and head of analytics and strategy. Murphy’s duties will include providing general strategic direction as well as working with the company’s relationship marketing, interactive, advertising and public relations disciplines.
Murphy’s background includes more than 20 years of experience in data-driven marketing and business strategy. He specializes in developing marketing solutions for new brand launches, new customer acquisition, cross-sell solutions and retention efforts.
Before joining Trone, Murphy held executive positions while working for Nielsen Marketing Research, MARC Research and, most recently, Targetbase, an Omnicom company. Throughout his career he has counseled many of the nation’s leading companies, including AT&T Wireless, Sony, GlaxoSmithKline, Marriott, IBM, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Nabisco and General Electric.
