Aplus.Net Acquires WebImage

Web hosting firm Aplus.Net, Overland Park, KS, has acquired WebImage, an Internet marketing and website development company based in White Plains NY. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

WebImage provides one-stop Internet services, including design, hosting and marketing functions, to small- to medium-sized businesses.

WebImage was formerly a business unit of White Plains, New York-based TSV Group.
