ICT Expands Canadian Telemarketing With Payroll Rebate

ICT Group Inc. plans to add 200 new telemarketing jobs in Canada because it has obtained a contract to provide customer service for Bell Mobility the wireless division of Bell Canada.

Newtown, PA-based ICT Group benefits from provincial government support to expand in Canada. It has been approved for a five-year payroll rebate of up to $1.4 million from Nova Scotia Business Inc. the business development agency for the province of Nova Scotia, Canada.

ICT employs more than 700 customer service and sales representatives at Canadian call centers and through a home-based teleservices agent program in Nova Scotia.
