J.M. Perrone Acquired By Equity Firms

J.M. Perrone, a direct marketing services provider specializing in the higher education, nonprofit and private sector markets, was acquired by two private equity firms: Wellfleet Capital Partners and Tag Venture Partners, in partnership with Perrone CEO C.J. Floros and Perrone’s management team. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
