R.R. Donnelley Acquires Perry Judd's

R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co, will acquire Perry Judd's Holdings Inc., a catalog and magazine printer, for $176 million.

The deal is expected to close in the first quarter.

Headquartered in Waterloo, WI, Perry offers long- and short-run capabilities for producing consumer and business-to-business catalogs as well as consumer, trade, and association magazines at plants in Baraboo, WI, Spencer, IA and Strasburg, VA.
