Lan Services Acquires Smarterdeals.com
Lan Services L.L.C. has acquired www.smarterdeals.com, an online comparison-shopping service in US and Canada.
Terms were not disclosed.
With this acquisition, SmarterDeals will increase its presence across the U.S., said CEO Anil Jindal, in a statement.
