Live Current to Acquire Auctomatic

Communicate.com Inc., doing business as Live Current Media Inc., will acquire Auctomatic, a start-up online marketing services company.

Terms were not disclosed.

All individuals from Auctomatic are expected to join Live Current. They include founders Kulveer Taggar, Harjeet Taggar and Patrick Collison, according to Live Current.

The transaction is expected to close in May.
