Restoration Hardware Sold for $267 Million

A team of Catterton Partners and company CEO Gary Friedman will acquire Restoration Hardware Inc. for about $267 million.

In accordance with the merger agreement, the committee of independent board of directors members will solicit proposals from third parties for a period of 35 days concluding Dec. 13.

The deal is expected to close during the first quarter.
