Sun Capital Acquires Neckermann

Sun Capital Partners Inc. has completed its acquisition of German mail order company Neckermann.de GmbH.

Terms were not disclosed.

With this transaction, Sun acquires a controlling 51% interest in Neckermann, assuming complete operational responsibility. Neckermann was a full subsidiary of Arcandor AG, which will retain the remaining 49% interest in Neckermann.
