Cegedim Acquires U.S. Healthcare Data Firm SK&A Information Services
Cegedim Dendrite, a customer relationship management solutions provider, has acquired SK&A Information Services Inc., a healthcare data provider. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition will strengthen Cegedim Dendrite’s OneKey offerings. OneKey Services provides information on healthcare professionals in more than 60 countries around the world.
The newly acquired company will be branded as SK&A, A Cegedim Company, and will be integrated into OneKey. Dave Escalante, SK&A’s current president and CEO, will continue to lead the unit. SK&A will maintain its current operations headquartered in Irvine, CA.
