IWCO Direct Acquires Transcontinental Direct’s US Operations

IWCO Direct, a direct marketing solutions provider, has inked an agreement to acquire Transcontinental Direct's US operations. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Under the terms of the agreement, IWCO Direct will gain Transcontinental Direct's US operations in Warminster and Hamburg, PA; Downey, CA; and Ft. Worth, TX.

Transcontinental Direct is a high-volume direct mail company which maintains facilities throughout the United States. The parent company provides direct mail and magazine printing services throughout Canada and Mexico.

The deal is expected to close in spring 2010.
