ACS Opens Call Center in Philippines

Affiliated Computer Services Inc. has opened a telemarketing facility in Pasay City, the Philippines.

The 8,582 square meter facility will initially employ more than 1,000 people, with 2,500 square meters to expand to handle new business opportunities.

“This new facility will allow ACS to offer our clients, and their customers, even better service and support then ever before,” said Charlie Bognot, ACS country director, in a statement.

ACS performs direct marketing, inbound credit card acquisition, membership retention and related services.
