Audax Acquires Astrodyne Corp.

Audax Group has acquired Astrodyne Corp., a direct marketer of electrical and electronic supplies from American Capital Strategies Ltd.

Terms were not disclosed.

Peter Murphy, president/CEO of Astrodyne, will continue to lead the management team.

"We are excited to have Audax Group as our new partner. Their experience helping middle market companies expand globally as well as source and integrate add-on acquisitions will be valuable as we grow our business," said Murphy, in a statement.
