EFuture Acquires Online Marektplace Wangku

EFuture Information Technology Inc., a Chinese supply chain software provider, has acquired Wangku Hutong Information Technology Co. Ltd., an online consumer goods marketplace in the country.

Terms were not disclosed.

Wangku’s marketplace helps connect domestic suppliers and buyers to do business in China. As of April 30, the online business community consisted of retailers and suppliers from more than 250 industries such as food, home improvement, automotive and others from more than 120 regions in China.
