The Cornerstone Group of Companies has promoted three senior vice presidents of operating divisions to newly created corporate-level positions as part of restructuring of the Toronto-based list services and marketing firm, which anticipates significant growth this year. Bob Coles was named chief operating officer; Justin Webb chief business development officer; and Don Lange chief marketing officer.

Carat Interactive has appointed John Durham vice president of business development and Dave Roth director of search marketing. Both men will be working in the agency's headquarters in San Francisco. Renny Gleeson has been named managing director of the New York office.
