CPL Technologies Inc., a provider of customer systems, will acquire two Quebec-based online marketing service firms, for an undisclosed sum.

Specifically, CPL is set to acquire NetMarketingSolution.com Inc. of which Roger Plourde is the major shareholder and Groupe XiV from Groupe Maloin.

The company has also named Plourde president and chief executive officer.
