CyberAds to Acquire Two Marketing Firms

CyberAds, Inc. a holding company based in Torrance, CA, will acquire a marketing company that hosts a 100-seat call center in south Florida, and a data management firm based in northern California. Neither the identities of the firms nor the purchase prices were disclosed.

The companies further CyberAds stated goals of boosting its Internet Marketing division. The company anticipates closing both acquisitions before the end of 2004.
