Dominion Acquires Home Data Corp.

Dominion Enterprises, a real estate information services company, has acquired HomeData Corp., along with ENeighborhoods, a provider of property marketing systems, from Siegel Enterprises.

Terms were not disclosed.

HomeData offers new homeowner information to list brokers, direct mailers, ad agencies and direct marketers. ENeighborhoods compiles information on local properties, neighborhoods, schools and related matters.
