EBay has launched a direct mail, online and direct response TV campaign in the U.K. to draw more bidders and buyers, according to wire service reports.

The budget was not disclosed.

The DRTV campaign will run until the end of June on more than 40 satellite and cable television programs including 'Queer Eye for the Straight Guy', 'Room Raiders', 'American Shopper' and 'Time Team'.

In March, BBDO New York won the account to provide EBay with integrated marketing comprising Internet marketing, direct marketing and print and TV advertising.
