FaceTime Acquires Concise Marketing

FaceTime Strategy LLC, a digital marketing agency, has acquired Concise Marketing Solutions, a direct response agency. Terms were not disclosed.

As part of the deal, Scott Dinsmore, founder of Concise, becomes president of FaceTime's direct response practice group.

In addition, operation and advertising and marketing veteran Arlen Miller will become the managing partner of the Dallas operations, according to FaceTime.

"Joining forces with FaceTime is a great opportunity for our staff and clients; we share the same philosophy of providing quantifiable results, so this is a natural fit," said Dinsmore, in a statement. "The knowledge, talent and expertise as well as expanded geographical locations will be a great asset for all of us."
