Aristotle IPO Set At 2 Million Shares
Aristotle International, a database of 145 million voters registered in the United States, set it initial public offering at two million common shares. The projected price range is $10 to $14 per share.
Aristotle expects to net approximately $24 million from the IPO. The proceeds will be used to acquire domestic voter records and e-mail address and Internet advertising space, for product development, sales and marketing and working capital and general corporate purposes.
