CEO Buys Back Direct Group

Direct Group has acquired DG, a direct mail services company, for $50 million from Prinexus Inc.

DG, West Trenton, NJ, will retain its management at both the senior and plant levels, including Manny Ortiz, who will remain president/CEO. Ortiz acquired DG in 1995 and has since grown revenues by over 20% annually to more than $54 million today.
