Max Bartko Returns to Direct Media
Direct Media Inc. has named Maxim C. Bartko to head the firm's business-to-business division.
Bartko had spent more than 20 years with Direct Media and was one of the five original senior partners when he announced his retirement from the firm in August 2001.
He has worked in a number of positions there including group president of sales and marketing, international leader, president of list management, vice president of advertising and public relations, and business-to-business list broker, the company said.
He has written extensively for the trade press on database and list related issues.
"It’s good to have Max back in the company," said CEO Dave Florence in a statement. "His level of experience in our industry is extensive, and his marketing knowledge and sales skills will be a great resource for our entire company."
