Maxxcom Acquires TargetCom

Toronto-based Maxxcom Inc., has acquired a majority interest in Chicago-based TargetCom, a direct and relationship marketing agency.

The majority interest also includes TargetcCom's two related business units, bang!zoom, a technology and dot com agency in San Francisco and London, and etelligence, a Chicago and St. Louis-based relationship marketing agency.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
