New Home-Shopping TV Channel To Debut in U.K.

U.K.-based Express Newspapers is launching the Express Shopping Channel the fall.

According to news reports, the Channel is to be a joint venture with fulfillment company N Brown and will offer lifestyle and entertainment programming and shopping to the 11.5 million shoppers who have access to satellite and cable.

Programming planned for the channel includes areas such as travel, gardening and home repair, which will be presented by celebrities and people in the news.
