Coolsavings.com Inc., a Chicago-based provider of e-marketing services, has settled its patent infringement suit with online promotions firm planet U. Terms were not disclosed.

Coldwater Creek Inc., a Sandpoint, ID-based cataloger, has had its unsecured line of credit from First Security Bank, N.A., increased from $50 million to $80 million. This 60% increase in available funding will be earmarked to maximize opportunities for continued growth.

LuRae Lumpkin has joined ClickAction as vice president of client and partner marketing. Lumpkin comes to the Palo Alto e-mail marketing services provider from U S West Communications, where she was vice president of marketing.
