Options Media to Acquire 1 Touch Marketing

Options Media Group Inc., an e-mail service provider, will acquire 1Touch Marketing llc, for an undisclosed sum.

The transaction is expected to close by Sept. 30.

1Touch offers such service as opt-in e-mail, online lead generation, mobile direct marketing and postal campaigns.

“We are very excited to be breaking brand new direct marketing ground,” said, Scott Frohman, CEO of Options, in a statement. “The acquisition of 1Touch Marketing is a continuation of Options Media's strategy to be a powerhouse in the direct marketing industry and offer a one-stop solution strategy."
