Valassis Retiring Advo Name
Valassis plans to retire the Advo name at the end of the year.
The Livonia, MI firm acquired Advo Inc. for $33 per share, or $1.2 billion in cash last December, after the two firms dropped all pending litigation related to the transaction (Direct Newsline, Dec, 20, 2006).
Valassis said it would continue with and expand its program the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in partnership with the U.S. Postal Service.Want to use this article? Click here for options!
