Vertrue to Acquire My Choice Medical Holdings

Vertrue Inc., a membership and loyalty program marketing firm based in Stamford, CT, an entered an agreement to purchase My Choice Medical Holdings Inc., a medical advertising and practice management firm that targets plastic surgeons.

Vertrue has agreed to pay $33 million in cash when the deal closes, which is expected on Jan. 31. If certain performance targets are met additional contingent payments would be due, not to exceed $56 million.
