GSI Commerce Acquires Two Online Marketers

GSI Commerce Inc. has acquired Retail Convergence Inc., parent company of online marketers Ruelala.com and Smartbargains.com.

Terms were not disclosed.

GSI offers services that enable e-commerce, multichannel retailing and interactive marketing for large, business-to-consumer enterprises in the U.S. and internationally.
