Teramedia Corp. and Ethnic Technologies LLC have formed a strategic alliance. Each partner will leverage the others' areas of specialization to expand sales.

Data from Ethnic Technologies will be used to identify ethnicity, language preference, country of origin and religion on Teramedia's postal, telemarketing and e-mail files.

Ethnic Technologies will use Teramedia's e-mail append service and Can Spam compliance know-how for databases and e-mail deployment services.
