The master file names 843,031 customers from the last 12 months who bought party supplies and costumes. Additional selects specifying last and cumulative purchases are on the enhanced file. Customers typically are 25 to 45 years old with household income of more than $100,000 a year. Direct mail and the Internet are the sources.

The Center for Science in the Public Interest has overlaid voter registration data on a file of 685,900 subscribers to the Nutrition Action Healthletter. Separate segments identify Democratic, Republican and independent voters at home addresses. Those listed range in age from 35 to 55 and have annual household income of $50,000 or higher. Seventy percent are married and 79% are homeowners. Direct mail is the source.

Listdata Management Services Inc. has closed its office in Suffren, NY and consolidated list brokerage and management operations at its headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Erin Dolan has joined Lake Group Media Inc. as an account supervisor in the list brokerage division. Dolan will be responsible for circulation planning, secondary market strategies and reviewing analytical reports. She'd previously worked at American List Counsel Inc.

Millard Group Inc. promoted Jeff Kelley to executive vice president. His former title was senior vice president of list management. Kelley has been with the company since 1995.
