Richard Hochhauser, Anne MacDonald Join Rentrak Board

Richard Hochhauser and Anne MacDonald have joined Rentrak Corp.’s board of directors.

Hochhauser was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of Harte-Hanks, Inc. and during his 33 year tenure at the company was responsible for building the company’s direct marketing business.

He is currently an adjunct professor at New York University and a member of the board of John Wiley & Sons, Inc. and the Direct Marketing Educational Foundation.

Anne MacDonald is executive VP and CMO for The Travelers Companies. MacDonald is responsible for Travelers' marketing and serves on the company's management committee.

MacDonald previously worked as a partner with The Rockefeller Consulting Group and prior to that, served as the president and CMO of Macy's, Inc. after serving as the CMOfor Citigroup's consumer division.

MacDonald's prior professional experience includes serving as VP of brand management for PepsiCo's Pizza Hut Division and leadership roles at N.W. Ayer advertising.

Rentrak is a media measurement and research company.
