Euro RSCG Life Acquires Medicom Group

Euro RSCG Life, a unit of Euro RSCG Worldwide, has acquired Medicom Group, a UK-based medical communication agency. Medicom Group is based in West London, UK. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Medicom Group offers services ranging from pre-launch creative concepts and marketing plan development to post-launch communications.

The acquired company will be rebranded as Euro RSCG Life Medicom. Euro RSCG Worldwide is an integrated marketing communications agency.

“Along with my managing team, I am very happy and proud to join Euro RSCG Life,” said Medicom Group chairman Martin Ellis in a statement.
