Haggin Marketing Purchases Digital Agency

Haggin Marketing, a direct marketing services agency, has acquired digital marketing agency SolutionSet. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

SolutionSet, which is based in Palo Alto, CA, will add more than 100 employees to Haggin’s ranks, bringing Haggin’s headcount to 400 workers.

SolutionSet offers digital marketing and technology capabilities. It maintains offices in Palo Alto and San Francisco.

“Joining Haggin Marketing lets us build our expertise into a more complete solution,” said Kurt Garbe, chief executive officer of SolutionSet, in a statement. “Together, we can address marketers’ needs across all channels with the most creative and effective approaches available.”
